Up-to-date methods and equipment

We are constantly reviewing our methods and procedures to ensure we are using the most up-to-date technology and equipment available. After an initial site visit, we can design a practical and cost-effective window-cleaning programme to meet your individual building requirements.

Water-fed pole system

This relatively new method of window cleaning has revolutionised the cleaning industry as it is more beneficial than any other cleaning method. We use 100% pure water, which is heated in our vans and then pumped through telescopic poles. With this method, we are able to access and clean windows to heights in excess of 72 feet, approximately 6-7 floors. Water-fed poles eliminate all previous risks, making it the safest and most cost-effective cleaning method, giving excellent results.

Rope access

We are IRATA-trained, and insured for abseiling to access windows and curtain walling for high buildings. We have been part of a team of window cleaners cleaning the iconic Gherkin and The Leadenhall Building in Central London. Our rope access can be used for commercial and industrial window-cleaning jobs. Using ropes, we are able to work without the need for expensive and disruptive access equipment. Water-fed poles eliminate all previous risks, making it the safest and most cost-effective cleaning method, giving excellent results. Mobile elevating work platform

A mobile elevating work platform (MEWP) is a mechanical device used to provide temporary access for people or equipment to inaccessible areas, usually very high up. Occasionally, some areas cannot be cleaned or are impossible to reach by using rope access or water-fed pole cleaning methods, for example fragile glass roofs.
On (IPAF) trained staff will ensure the safe use of high level access equipment such as scissor lift platforms and mobile boom platforms. Both types of platforms come with different fuel type options, ie petrol, diesel or electrical power and non-marking tyres or tracks depending on whether the work is inside or outside.
